The warranty does not cover any commercial use of the product. Any modifications including motorised conversions or custom adaptations that may cause the frame duress will void all warranties.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase that includes order information (credit card statements are insufficient for this purpose). Printed or email/electronic receipts from Costco AU are required.

All product returns & refunds are at the discretion of Costco AU and will be managed by them, see more here.

ARVO will replace or repair at their discretion any frame found to be defective in materials or workmanship, this does not include any damage caused to the frame due to a crash, abuse or stunt riding. Bottle cage or pannier rivets that may work loose over time are also not covered by this warranty. Surface rust is not included in this warranty. Structural rust that may compromise the safety of the bike is included, however, if this has resulted from obvious neglect or mistreatment you may void your warranty.

Shipping and labour charges to get the product back to point of purchase are not included in this warranty (customer is responsible for these costs). If the claim is approved, replacement parts will only then be sent by ARVO Australia within Australia or the warranty claim part may be given a credit for replacement value at the discretion of our Customer Support team.

Replacements will be made with frames of current design that may not be exact duplicates of originally purchased goods. The frame model used for replacement will not be lower in value than the original frame. This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to other rights you may have. These rights may vary from state to state which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state and territory laws.
